Dance: Amplitude & Speed​

In this exercise we will work on:​

  • 3 min. – Follow the leader warm-up;
  • 5 min. – Memorize a sequence of movements associated to the letters of the alphabet;
  • 5 min. – Use the alphabet moves to diferente types of sounds.

Mimicking Sports for PD​

In this exercise we will work on:​

  • 5 min. – Mimicking the featured sport;
  • 3 min. – Associating selected sports to a day of the week;
  • 3 min. – Identify and perform the sport for each respective day.

Boxing in PD: Breathe, Speak & Punch

In this exercise we will work on:​

  • Short intro – Learning & numbering our punches;
  • 3 min. – Training punches & kicks randomly;
  • 3 min. – React to the bells and punch accordingly;
  • 3 min. – Boxing combinations with additional exercise twists;
  • 2 min. – Follow along with random punching and kicking for an active fire-down. Just Have fun with it.

Multitasking: Hand and Movement Exercise​

In this exercise we will work on:​

  • 4 min. – Identifying which hand it is and mimicking it with yours;
  • 3 min. – Reacting to hands from diferente places in the screen;
  • 3 min. – Hands & random numbers 1-5.

Exercise with Walking Sticks

In this exercise we will work on:​

  • 5 min. – Amplitude movements, coordination and strength training with walking sticks;
  • 5 min. – Breathing and stretching with walking sticks.
